Sundays at 7:00am there will be a Yoga class. The instructor for this class is Sally Zimmerman. She has been teaching Yoga for many years.
An all level yoga class suitable for the beginner to the experienced student. The focus is on static holds for strength and flexibility along with vinyasa (flow) for endurance and flexibility. Yoga helps build strength, encourage flexibility and prevent injury.
